Mountain-Spring 44 mountain gin, camomile tea, coriander, honey syrup, yuzu, marshmallow, pine dust
Old Tom-Old Tom gin, apricot puree, perilla leaf, demerara, green peppercorn steeped syrup, dried apricot
Affogato-Spring 44 honey vodka, biscotti chocolate liquor, espresso, coffee liquor, amaro montenegro, neglected gelato, biscotti spice(crushed biscotti, mace, cardamom, cocoa nibs, coffee and black pepper)
Experimental--Chartreuse spray wash, sotol, creme de cocoa, tobacco bitters, citrus peel
All cocktails have an alcohol free counterpart

Liquid Inspiration is…
a temporary bar concept that offers approachable, yet creative cocktails inspired by and featuring the finely crafted products of Denver area distilleries. With these bar activations, we want to celebrate the artistic and industrious prowess of Denver area spirit producers as well as bring awareness to a worthy not for profit doing some wonderful work in the city .
We invite you to join us for attentive service and delicious libations while celebrating these storied distilleries and getting to know an organisation that does some great, actionable work.
We have chosen the Metro caring organisation as beneficiary of this initial, momentous event. They have been implementing actionable, effective methods to combat a myriad of urban issues in the city for a long time. We are proud to be associated with such a great cause.
We are excited to be partnering with Spring 44 distilling for this first event and we created a menu that accents their hand crafted products. They produce quality spirits using pure artesian water from Colorado’s Buckthorn Canyon near Loveland.
a limited edition dinner series that produces unique dining and temporary bar concepts in collaboration with Denver area culinary talent. Each curated event takes place in a different location around Denver. With The Flavor Social, we want to explore and test the limits of what the idea of a temporary dining concept can be. Our goal is to offer an experience that espouses exceptional service, creative cuisine, intriguing decor and a welcoming ambiance.
